Graduated from NED University in 1983 as a Civil Engineer, Engr. Sami Khan has over 35 years of leadership experience in public infrastructure, urban development, and private sector construction. His hands-on management style and technical expertise have shaped Titan’s core values of
professionalism, integrity, and precision. Holding a Master’s in Transportation Engineering (1996), he has served in various key roles in municipal and infrastructure development, overseeing mega-projects such as Korangi Flyover, Shaheed-e-Millat Bridge, and KMC High Rise Building.
